Eduardo at the customer service desk, was patient, courteous and helpful when we needed his assistance. Armando in the Mexican and Italian restaurants is an excellent waiter who suggested the perfect wine to go with our meals. Armando went above and beyond to make our dining delight. Lili and Jorge at the breakfast buffet were welcoming and attentive to our requests. Tono the beach waiter catered to our every request with a smile. The property was always being cleaned and we enjoyed our garden view.

We loved the beach access. Being able to walk from our room to the ocean was amazing. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Everything was clean, even the outside walkways. Beautiful resort.

I visited this hotel in 2019 it was immaculate and it still is very well kept in 2024. The service, and customer care is fantastic they really ensured we had all we needed for our stay. Thank you Riu workers and management, we will certainly be back.

Place was beautiful and staff is mostly very available to assist and happy to assist. The food is mediocre. Was way too salty and same options at the buffet nightly. The special restaurants service takes forever to get food and the food is too salty and not as great as the other specialty restaurants I’ve had in Mexico.

most amazing experience i’ve ever had. the workers are angel sent, so loving so kind i would 1,000 myself percent recommend canelo was one of our bartenders and he made our stay sooo much fun outstanding customer service and genuinely amazing personality’s! highly recommend

The property was wonderful. The staff were awesome and deserve a lot of credit for how clean and neat the hotel was. We didn’t have any issues whatsoever during our stay. It is important to note that, as with any place you go, if you show respect and appreciation for those that are providing a service to you, you will get the same in return! We would absolutely go back tomorrow.

Was expecting more out of a Palace for RIU. The hotel is modern but not as nice as other Palace hotels. Rooms are very nice but not much in terms of sports activities. For instance, often they would not gather people for Beach Volleyball, so even though it was on the schedule, there weren’t any. Tought the RIU would have been more better for sports and entertainment. This is a 4* not 5* by my standards.
