When we travel to Mexico we alwats stay at a RIU property. This is the 1st one that i wouldnt go back to. The room we booked wasnt available, we ended up paying for an upgrade to a room with a pool. Tiles were falling off that small pool. And the bigger hotel pools has no shade. The food was just ok. Nothing was really bad but nothing was good either.. it was pretty blah.

I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing that I didn't like is you can't setup transportation going back to the airport online before the trip and the only option is a taxi that cost me $87.00

This property has a great beach, but no umbrellas on the beach. Food option not bad, the buffet has a really really bad smell couldn't stay in it had to go sit out door all the time. No options for sitting outdoor all resturants and cafes only indoor sitting. Room is clean but basic. The resort is average not classy or luxury everything is just or basic

The swim-up pools were dirty. Maintenance came fast after we reported it and cleaned everyone’s. I think there too many mosquitoes and the report should spray. Everything else was really nice.

Overall not bad but they forgot our anniversary I made sure and told them that in advance when we first arrived there at check in the lady at front desk said she'll take care of everything and it didn't happen. When I called the front desk they simply said we forgot.

We loved everything about this resort! The pools were amazing, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was so good!! The grounds were so clean, they kept everything looking so nice! Would strongly recommend!!

Nice facility, short walking distances to all amenities. The room I was in would benefit from minor changes like cleaner doors. There are stairs to go down to the pool / beach area and I was not sure if it accessible to people who could not do stairs but we did not have this problem ourselves.
