Excellent property at this price point. Food variety was good and generally high quality. All food options closed down at 10pm, and it would have been nice to have a few hot choices until midnight. Very clean and well-maintained. Staff was generally very nice and attentive, with a couple of minor exceptions. Property seems to attract friendly tourists who get along well. Music can be a little loud for those who want a more quiet environment. Overall, a very good experience and definitely would be interested in coming back.

Everything was OK with this hotel. I don’t usually write reviews, but the housekeeping staff was NOT attentive. We stayed from Thursday to Sunday and we never got our room made. They said that we had the DND on the first night, when we did had it but we took it off at 3pm and notify to make the room and nothing. We asked for towels and they never came. We also notify one of the housekeeping staff on Daturday to do our room at 3:30pm and they said that the afternoon staff would the room and ..still NOTHING! The front desk called on the last day for towels, but we were leaving on Sunday so we didn’t really need the towels. The staff is not helpful at all, so if you want a hotel that exceeds your needs and give a really nice service ..this is not the hotel.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was attentive and polite. Wasn’t a fan of the food unfortunately. Many options, but none of it was very good.

Decent restaurant options, staff is friendly. Room service would’ve been nice to have and better options for their snack bar. Overall, not bad for our first time in Cancun.
