I do not understand how this is a 5 star resort. We came here for a family wedding. Upon arrival our bed had big brown stain on the sheets and the pillows had black stains on it. The room smelled like sewage and was disgusting. Similar problems happened with multiple people The steamer had mold on it The walls and closets had so much dirt around the corners it was uncomfortable. The towel when they changed it had red blood stains on it!! The food was limited and not good The buffet had a really bad sewage smell The drinks did not have any alcohol in it severely watered down Only good thing was the pool Never coming here again

I paid for a presidential suite and received a down graded room less than what I paid for. I succeed at the resort at 1:30 pm when I finally got checked in good the wrong room it was 4:30pm. Once I complained about the down graded room I had to wait an additional 3 hours to get still what I did not pay for but I was an upgrade from the down grade. The room we were given given, was dirty with blood in bathroom wall, dirty bath tub, dirty counter top and alcoholic beverages open and left from previous guest. Sofa bed mattress was so rusted underneath it had a hole in it and this is where my daughter was sleeping. They could not give a new mattress until the next day until then we need additional blankets and sheets and when requested we received those hours later which means we had to stay up later after an exhausting day. This stay was horrible and Expedia offered something and I paid for something I did not receive.

Worse experience I’ve had yet as I wasted a day checking in to get the wrong room. room that was provided smelled really bad had a lot of rust and mold. The second day waited half the day to move rooms only to have money stolen by the cleaning staff. Never going here again.

The simplest way to describe the Royalton is that they have thought of everything. The room was incredibly spacious, plenty of pools to pick from, super attentive staff and very good English spoken by staff. My partner has two food allergies - staff ask at each restaurant whether there are any allergies which often hasn’t been the case in holiday resorts. One waiter even went to another restaurant to find a suitable pudding to cater for his allergies. Would recommend!

Nothing about my stay was anything like I was expecting. It took 5 hours to get a room. No room service NO ocean view out of 9 restaurants we was only allowed to eat in one No whiskey at the bar or in the room. I have paid for an inclusive and a room with Ocean view. I will like to request a refund because I have not received what I have paid for.

It was a wonderful stay. Except the constant mosquitos in the room. I was getting bit in my sleep.
