Moon Palace Cancun - All Inclusive offers 2036 air-conditioned accommodations with indoor private spa tubs and free minibar items. Rooms open to balconies. Memory foam beds feature down comforters and premium bedding. 55-inch Smart televisions come with satellite channels and pay movies. Bathrooms include separate bathtubs and showers, bathrobes, slippers, and complimentary toiletries.

I loved that they had a lot of activities for kids throughout the day. Kept them well entertained. Rooms are small. We were only 3 and it felt tight.

We were met at this property with an immediate and pushy sales pitch. Once we insisted we were not interested in membership we were treated very rudely and a bell boy was summoned to show us to our room which consisted of a golf cart ride through a maze of buildings and quite far away from all the action…. Restaurants, bars, entertainment etc. we opted for a swim up room. It rained most evenings as it always does in Mexico which is why Mexico is so beautiful but here, when it rained at night, a noxious raw sewage smell permeated our room to the point it was impossible to sleep! We closed the bathroom door and clogged the sink and that helped some but not much. The patio outside our door was flooded the entire time we were there. We had to lay towels down just to walk without slipping. Nothing was convenient! This resort is giant so be prepared to walk or wait for a golf cart to go anywhere! The food was subpar all around and almost all restaurants require a reservation the day before. The best food we found and basically lived on while there was the coffee shop/cafe sandwiches in the Sunrise lobby! At this resort you are not a guest you are a number. We will not go back.

Beach was horrible. It had stones in the water, so you can’t really go into sea. We went there mainly for good food but to our surprise, we found the vegetarian food was horrible.
