Moon Palace Cancun - All Inclusive offers 1334 air-conditioned accommodations with indoor private hot tubs and free minibar items. Rooms open to balconies. Memory foam beds feature down comforters and premium bedding. 55-inch Smart televisions come with satellite channels and pay movies. Bathrooms include separate bathtubs and showers, bathrobes, slippers, and complimentary toiletries.

This Cancun property provides complimentary wireless Internet access, with a speed of 50+ Mbps. Business-friendly amenities include desks and desk chairs, as well as phones; local and long-distance calls are complimentary (restrictions may apply). Ellos hacen lo que quieren, reserve en sunrise y me mandaron nizuc, mal servicio me hicieron caras, Refri no sirvió como 2 días, gaste en mis vacaciones para quedarme en un área y me mandaron a la que ellos quisieron sabiendo que en el app donde se anuncian está dividido en dos, si hubiese querido quedarme en nizuc así lo hubiera hecho desde un principio

Dont write reviews, but would like to share our experience at Moon Palace Sunrise over Christmas and New Year. It may help in your decision to stay (It may not!) I know it is their busiest time of year... Passport Control on landing- Absolute CHAOS, all flights filter into one lane, we were there for over 2 hours. Cancun Private Transfers- Booked privately both ways prior to leaving. Reasonably priced, very prompt & friendly. Check In- Got there at midnight after delays. Not too many people in front of us, over 45 mins wait to check in. No apology by service desk. Room- Asked for room which was quiet yet central, this was observed. Rooms were reasonably clean, table had water rings from previous glasses, and the edges of walls were a little grimey/ tired. Mini bar was refilled on 1st day, further refills of juice had to be requested on the app. This was done within the hour. Room service- Requested once, pre booked night before, for breakfast. All were cold. Go for continental & use the coffee machine for the parents! Sunbeds- If you want a specific area, go down by 8am. FOOD- Staff were prompt, again, hot food cold at breakfast & dinner unless you get omelette or fajita made fresh. Sooo many options. Desserts amazing! Lunchtime food hot & great. Service- Absolutely amazing! Every staff member said hello with a smile. Offers of golf carts everywhere. Biggest shout to Luis in the Lobby Bar, a superstar, an absolute credit, we'd come back just to catch up! Definitely recommend.

The staff was excellent, specially at the Nizuc Lobby Bar. There was issues with Kiosk at Cafe ordering at the Nizuc location long wait times no matter what time of the day, also with dinner reservations all have to be done on the hotel app, very inconvenient since you must do it at 7am for up to 3 days. Besides that it was an ok stay

I rarely write reviews, but after the disappointing experience we had at Moon Palace Cancun, I feel compelled to share. We paid $1,800 to upgrade our room with the expectation of receiving all the promised benefits—none of which were provided. We were supposed to receive a welcome bag and wine upon arrival, but I had to ask for both. The "VIP concierge," dedicated beach access, and special wristbands were also non-existent, even though we were told we’d have these perks. To make matters worse, our first room had a TV that didn’t work, and the mini-fridge was leaking and not cold. After being moved to a second room, the phone didn’t work for the entire duration of our stay, and our mini-fridge was never restocked. I had to personally request water and other drinks multiple times. Another issue is that the resort seemed to have overbooked for New Year’s, which led to chaos across the property. We ran into several other families who were having similar issues. It was nearly impossible to find pool chairs, take the kids to the arcade, or even get dinner reservations. It was a constant struggle just to do basic activities. We were also given $520 in resort credits, which could have been used on property or for excursions, but we weren’t informed about this until the very last day. Upon checkout, the resort offered a $120 refund but only if I wrote out a hand-signed note stating I accepted compensation. We had planned to stay at MP Jamaica but we will be cancelling.

I have stayed here many times. Like so many other hotels/resorts/restaurants, it's not the same post-Covid. The hotel was very full. Long wait times for food and drinking. The hotel wasn't as clean as it had been previously. Still VERY nice, but not worth 5 stars. Upon our early evening check in, I asked the concierge to assist in finding a place for dinner that evening. I was told "Download the app. That's how you do it" Really? No customer service. We're seniors who were tired from travel

Definitely Left Cheated. This is by far the worst resort we’ve ever been to in Cancun. We normally go there a couple of times a year because of the proximity to our home in the US. First, The facility was not maintained properly, and there were dirty dishes left in the corridors for days, a horrible smell that they covered up with fragrance, and room service only came by once on a five day trip even after repeated requests. Second, the beach was abysmal and no one would go into the water. It was dark and murky. The pictures do not represent what you see in person. Which made everyone go to the pools, so they were overcrowded and had food floating in it. They allow chairs in the pool along with drinks. Third, there is no benefit to the VIP Expedia service, the concierge never answered the phone nor would they respond to text. We asked to reserve for dinner at their restaurants upon arrival and were told they were booked for the entire stay. But they won’t let you reserve ahead of time either. Lastly, we asked for help and were lied to over and over. I wish I had seen an honest review and I would have avoided this place. But if you want to purchase a time-share they are more than willing to take your money and pressure you to buy.
