We stayed for 7 days and had an amazing time. Staff will bend over backwards to answer questions and help you. Grounds are great. Pools are great . Italian and steak house are the best Lobby bar was fun

The room was not clean, cockroach found in the room. No snacks in the rooms. Insufficient orientation form the front desk about the hotel. Restaurants should be better. Was eligible for upgrade but was not given to us. In general, it was below expectation. I will not consider revisiting.

Bartenders truly know how to make delicious drinks, food was good too. Only thing is the demands of the restaurant at dinnertime, people had to wait longer time for an all inclusive resort. Beautiful resort on a busy hotel zone in Cancun. Love the live band at night. All staff were nice and pleasant.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We had a great time. The hotel is beautiful. The lobby, restaurants, pools, and the views were incredible. The service was outstanding, possibly the best part of our stay. The food was also tasty and the drinks were cold and strong. We did have an issue with checking into our room since there were some cleanliness concerns and issues with the A/C. However, we brought up our concern and they quickly put us in another room that was clean with strong A/C. Overall, I would recommend staying here.
