Hotel was amazing but was disappointed about the beach. It was a bit dirty (algae) and water was not blue as expected. The pool, bars, restaurants were lovely and my friend and I had a great time overall.

Staff are friendly and for the most part provide good service. The exception is the front desk staff. There are few staff on and they take a long time trying to upsell people on rooms so there is always a line up and even if there isn't, you could be waiting for 45min to check in or check out. Food is OK. Not horrible and not great. This is an area that they should really focus on improving.
