Overall, I would have given this hotel stay a full 5 stars. However, upon check in, I upgraded my room but it wasn’t ready, which is understandable. What I don’t understand is that the room’s bathroom wasn’t clean. I asked the front desk to have them clean it while I had dinner, the room wasn’t stocked with drinks, and no one showed up after three hours. The hotel said that they would credit me for the night due to the room not being fully ready, and they never did. If I upgrade a room and pay extra money, isn’t there an expectation that the room is clean and ready?

We had an amazing honeymoon at F.A.C. It was our first time in Cancun and this resort made it magical. The food was amazing, the scenery was beautiful, but the real star was the staff. What an wonderful and kind group of people. They are what will make us come back. Only issue was with our room. It stormed a lot the last 2 days of our visit, and our room became very, very damp. We had to lay towels down on the floor, and condensation was dripping from the walls. Our AC also stopped working around the same time. I know it's the climate, but it made things unpleasant for 2 days.

Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancún All Inclusive is an outstanding resort that offers an unforgettable vacation experience in the heart of Cancun. From the moment we arrive, we’re greeted with warm hospitality and a vibrant atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at your second home with family. Also , special thank you for front desk team PAOlA, HINVCRLI , Both did a good Job . My wife lost her skirt in windy day because of their efforts with the house keeper and the security guy they managed to find it in the surrounding area and kept for us in clean bag and then called us in the room tp pick it up. The resort is beautifully designed, with a mix of modern and traditional Mexican architecture that creates a welcoming and luxurious environment. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The amenities are top-notch, including multiple pools, a well-equipped fitness centre, and a relaxing spa that provides a perfect escape for some pampering. One of the highlights of Fiesta Americana Condesa is its diverse dining options. Special thank you for NAYELI one of the best professional staff at the buffet which helped us and her welcoming smile every day and asked us if we need anything , really we feel like a family visit not resort gust. Love this resort every time. Paid more for the ocean view and got a view of the property next door (partial ocean) without a balcony. Water pressure in shower and temperature left something to be desired. Would not upgrade next time. Overall amazing as always!

We love how friendly and accommodating the staff is. They always have great food options. My niece is vegan and was worried they wouldn’t have many options for her but the head chef was able to accommodate her everytime. Always a pleasure when we stay her.

There was no drinks champagne in my room when I checked in I asked for a large balcony. I got a small balcony.. In the buffet, I did not have services I did tip, but service was slow
