We had an amazing stay at Secrets Maroma! The place is beautiful and very inviting! Always something going on entertainment wise! The food was excellent and wait staff top notch! Outside of being a little small with not a lot of shopping nearby, the place is A1! Highly Recommend!

We stayed at Secrets Maroma for 7 nights and to say we had a great time is an understatement! We did stay in the Perferred Club Junior Suite Ocean View, building 16, and the view of resort and ocean was great! From the moment we arrived and until we departed, the service is outstanding throughout the resort-from the wait staff, bar tenders, front desk, and especially our conceirge-Emmanuel! Emmanuel was excellent- and took care of all our needs when needed! The food at all restaurants was great! I really liked El Patio as I love mexican food, and, Bordeuax- French was really good as well! The 24/7 coffee and snack bar was solid too! I will say while at pool, the swim-up bar drinks are defintely a notch down from the Perferred Bar- could be the difference in the type of alcohol served there or could just be the bar tenders. The entire resport was very clean, food was great, staff was amazing! The nightly shows in the lobby were fun! Every day and night there are always activities and events going on, always something to do! The beach is cleaned everyday and the water is amazing. To the left of the resort is another resort and to the right is a long stretch of beach which is great for a good stroll along the beach. The wait staff on the beach are efficient as well! Let's say, your drink may never go empty! We did NOT want to Leave!! Highly recommended! Thank you Secrets and Emmanuel for making our stay excellent! Hoping to be soon!!

I booked a preferred club Jr suite ocean view king room. I paid a pretty heafty up charge for a room with an ocean view. When I arrived, I was put in a “partial ocean view” room at best. When I complained about the room I was told I would have to spend the night in that room and they would move me the following day. The subsequent room had the same view. The view was nothing close to the room advertised on Expedia. It was all palm trees with a small patch of blue water in the distance between two palm trees. A massive waste of money.

Beautiful resort, delicious food and awesome people. We had a great, relaxing time. Food was the best we’ve had at any other inclusive we’ve been to. The service was excellent, all employees cordial and happy to help. Anna by the pool, thanks for always attending us with a smile.
