I loved thr hotel and most of the staff is nice but there are a lot of concierge people around the hotel trying to sell you a hotel package I didn't like it when 2 guys got rude when I rejected them twice. That's the only reason why the hotel is mostly great but at the same time concierge team is rude

This was my third stay at Live Aqua, and it only reaffirmed why I keep returning to this resort. My family and I enjoyed a relaxing trip. The staff truly go above and beyond to make each guest feel welcome; they are incredibly hardworking, warm, and attentive. The dining options were spectacular, each meal featured fresh ingredients. If you’re looking for a place that combines relaxation, luxury, and a true sense of hospitality, Live Aqua is it. I look forward to many more visits in the future!

This was our first time to live aqua after having previously been to Secrets and Atelier and we had a wonderful time and plan to return. While this property is a bit more dated than the others we have been to, it was still very clean and the service was wonderful. We always have issues with overcrowding at the Cancun pools and it was no different here, even in October. We really enjoyed the poolside and evening activities, and the food on property was better than secrets for sure. Especially around the pool.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Nice property, but service is very inconsistent, one day could be great another day not so much. Food is ok, better then other hotels around, but not a 5 star.
