Beautiful quiet studio with free parking and fast wi-fi close to stations, bus routes and airport as well as the sea and cliff gardens. Explore the sights and local attractions of Westcliff-on-Sea - there is so much to see and do here and you are a short walk from shops, restaurants and an award winning Blue Flag beach.

As a self-catering shabby-chic bedsit, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen is not separated as this is a studio but is equipped with kettle, toaster and microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. Relax on your bedroom chair and watch Netflix - hot chocolate and biscuits provided! If you want to come earlier and leave luggage or collect keys you are very welcome to contact us.

There is a large television with DVD and Netflix.

There is one bedroom in this apartment which contains a double bed.

There is a bathroom, which has a toilet, bath and sink and a walk-in shower.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable, along with toiletries and tea, coffee and biscuits.

Access is by private staircase at rear of property but this may not be suitable for the elderly. The apartment is close to bus routes and stations and the beautiful cliff gardens. If you are arriving when we are not in, there is a key box behind the right hand pillar of the main gates.

A washing machine and dryer are available when we are resident - just ask and we will give you access downstairs.

There is free parking in the street after 6pm until 9am the next morning. On your first full day here you can ask us for a ticket to use resident parking.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11am.
- Smoking is not allowed.- Pets are allowed at the property ( £20) for pet cleaning fee )
- No overnight guests permitted and strictly no parties or gatherings.
- No noise after 10pm or before 9am.
