One lady at the reception was brilliant, so friendly! The room was clean with a huge bed. The bed was comfy. The shower was great! The breakfast had everything you need. It was 3 minutes walk from the centre of Northampton.

poor and would never stay again, we had friends who were sitting inthe room with us until midnight and got accused of them staying in a single room. we ended up leaving the same night and stayed elsewhere as was insulted

A comfortable, convenient hotel with great service
Fantastic service. Every member of staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Breakfast was lovely. It was good to have soya milk. The hotel has recently been refurbished and is close to the town centre - so very convenient. The rooms are newly refurbished, and the king size rooms are comfortable.

Best hotel in centre of town
Another great stay and only place I stay when in town. Got into room an hour early and really helped my itinerary for the day. Staff all friendly and hotel recently refurbed.
