Overall good for an overnight stay, nothing exceptional, what you’d expect for a standard room. Only thing letting it down was a soiled hand towel, otherwise clean.

Second stay here and again,a perfect choice for our Xmas shopping trip. Staff were excellent,friendly and helpful,food was lovely,room cozy and clean. Walkable to town with great mix of shops,beautiful cathedral with Xmas market. Happy to recommend.

Good hotel in a great location near to the shops and cathedral. Room was great and quiet but found pillows too hard and very warm in the room. Very modern and comfortable stay.

Heating was not working! The ladies on reception and the manager were absolutely amazing kind attentive and so polite and went above and beyond to get us a heater and fan. They honestly were excellent and all staff were lovely!!

One night attending a concert. Clean attractive hotel and rooms, centrally located. No onsite parking, but 2 nearby car parks available. Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. Very comfortable stay.

Surprisingly quiet for the location. Clean, well provisioned, except why don't hotels in England have luggage racks? A bit wider path would've been awesome if we were staying longer - not wide enough for a suitcase.

Hotel is conveniently placed for the town. Disappointing no discounts for the parking as it is expensive. Tried to also add another room to my booking but the reservations dept. was not very helpful

Reliable and friendly option in Exeter

A reliable option in Exeter - service is warm and friendly. We had drinks/dessert in the bar which we would not recommend. Rooms are very no-frills, from toiletries to the bedding. However, extremely clean. Would think it's more a 3 star offering vs 4 in terms of offer.
