The hotel is very accessible to the airport. I will use again for the convenience. Staff are friendly but check in I found to be slow at times due to not enough staff on reception area. Good is fantastic. I only had three breakfast but I was more than pleased. Also stored my suitcase for a couple of hours after checkout so that I could collect when my flight was ready to check in.

Stayed here twice and i love it. Hotel room has got everything you will ever need (even a sewing kit) then we also get access to their gym, pool, steam room and sauna. Gym is just like every other hotel gym but a bit better. Their pool is at a perfect depth and length. Their steam room is the best steam room i've ever been in. Rooms are sound proof so we never hear anything outside of hotel room. Staff have always been great people, always have a genuine smile that makes us feel welcomed and in good hands. Last but certainly not least is that the price of the hotel is perfect. Unlike manchester city centre where every hotel is a rip off. This hotel really is worth every penny

Pre-holiday stay and 2 rooms booked. Both rooms were spacious and clean. We had food and drinks in the restaurant which was pleasant but not great value for money. All snacks were excessively priced in the hotel lobby. We parked our car at the hotel for the duration of our stay and the service was great and completely stress free.

It's very convenient and relaxing to be able to walk to the terminal for your flight the following morning. It's not cheap, but the hotel and service are very good. We had a good view of the runway too.

Booked executive Room was there 20 minutes early and told go in the bar till it’s time. Every thing else was superb and the guy in the executive lounge was awesome so helpful. It was our third visit took my brother and his wife they loved it . Booked with jet2 took our cases the night before to check in.

Bar and restaurant were very disappointing. The bar was more like a crèche with screaming, feral children running around unsupervised. Not the hotels fault but it was a horrible uncomfortable experience. The restaurant was bland with absolutely zero atmosphere. Hotel room was OK but only marginally better than a Premier Inn but cost a huge amount more. Quite a depressing experience overall. On the plus side, the lobby is very pleasant.

We had an early morning flight from terminal 3 which was 10 mins walking distance. I recommend booking if you want to eat in the restaurant as it was very busy. We hadn’t booked so are in the bar area which was also very busy.

Check in was sloppy. Nobody welcomed us, checked our ID, confirmed bed selection or informed of limited facility hours. The person seemed like they just didn’t want to be there. As a result we missed swimming which was the only reason we booked this hotel. Had to change rooms due to bedding not being as requested.

The air condition in the room was appalling, around 12pm it went off and didn’t come back on until 6am in the morning. Additionally the duvet was really thick and there wasn’t any spare sheets in the room to use instead. If you don’t like really warm rooms this isn’t the hotel for you! Location for ideal though for flights out of Manchester.
