You are booking here probably because you need to attend a ceremony nearby, so perfectly fine for a short stay. It has a certain kind of familiarity to it. No air-con but we were here in November so not a problem at all. 30 or so spots of parking, no lift to 2nd floor, no complaints.

It was close to the train station and the Harry Potter bus station the hotel was clean bedroom was clean and the breakfast was fantastic and the staff were polite and helpful

Staff excellent - friendly, professional and very helpful. Room very good, clean and comfortable. Good, clean bathroom. Parking is a little awkward, particularly if you have any physical limitations: public car park is fairly good alternative [paying for parking was the only surprise.]. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. Location right next to Watford Junction Station is very handy for city and regional access and connections. Would definitely recommend and stay again, particulary good for such as Elstree Srudios or Warner Bros.

Happy with our stay here - very convenient for the Harry Potter tour bus and train station. Only a few minutes of walking for each. Room as described, good size and clean - no complaints about the comfort. Despite a bar being on the next block, there was no noise issues (we stayed on a Saturday night). Happy to recommend.

Place was great, staff really friendly. Only issue was the room aircon which was stuck on the first night and really loud then off the second night but making clunking sounds. Other than the aircon the place was fantastic
