I was there for 5 nights . I put clean towels in the room for myself everyday, i changed the bin also. The cleaning staff dont do anything if you are there. Everything else is okay . Cleaning standard is poor only in the rooms. In other areas of the hotel its clean.

We asked for a double room but the room we were allocated was a tad on the small side for 2 ppl also the shower was small, I went down to the reception and asked them if we could change rooms, the guy on the reception was very helpful and gave us a much better room. The room was clean as was the bed, the bed was a bit too firm for us (but you can't please everyone), the windows could have done with a bit of a clean but it didn't ruin the holiday it's not like I'm going to sit in the room all day looking out of the window. Parking was £3 per night which I thought was reasonable. When we go back to Blackpool I will definitely book here again.

Perfect for a night away didnt break the bank the pool was lovely clean and easy to book in and use also sauna steam room jacuzzi were all lovely didnt try the food as we were out most of it but let us check in early with our bags too which was great

Disgrace we went for a night stay and from outside there was a burnt board put up at the window , clothing hanging out windows , rubbish bags out on the front door it was disgusting to the point we never entered the building as it was not approachable

Room was of a reasonable standard, clean warm ,but some of the bathroom fittings were showing some age. The water from the cold water tap was cloudy . The staff I encountered were helpful and polite and I rated them very good.

Stop here for last minute break with my son bedroom dirty complain about it nothing clean sheets thank goodness dirty window markers on the wall and bathroom ok dust smell like mould it will off been a nice room if the clean properly to a better standard brefast was oky
