We recently stayed at this hotel and i couldn’t have been happier with the friendliness of the staff, so polite and helpful too. The room was clean but the bathroom could do with being updated, shower head doesn’t spray right and was very worn as were taps. We ate at the restaurant and once again staff were amazing, catering to our needs and polite as always. I would recommend this hotel. Very happy with our stay.

They were not cooperative when we asked for an extension, knowing that it is available online and we want to extend, but we did not like their way of dealing with us. The air conditioner was not good in two rooms before the room that was changed twice before.

Nice stay

Hotel guests should have at least 1 session of free access for gym/spa. Bathrooms could be modernised Staff lovely, from cleaners to reception staff. Otherwise had a nice stay & would stay again

Room was DIRTY, walls stained with liquid, chair stained with fluid, under the tissue box beside the hair dryer were beard clippings. Breakfast was cold, scrambled egg looked. Coffee machine was only dispensing black or white coffee. No latte, cappuccino could be selected. The staff were kind enough to change our room, it was better. We had a view of Windsor Castle and the local shipping container below our window. Positives? She hated it, i regretted choosing it..... ruined a weekend.
