Staff were lovely and the breakfast was good but a few surfaces in our room clearly had not been cleaned as they were sticky and there were hairs in the ensuite which made it seem like it had not been cleaned.

The service is the best, the desk manager and all receptionists are exceptionally kind, helpful and they care what they do.This was the thrid time I stood there, and I'm always satisfied and happy with this hotel.

An absolutely horrible uncomfortable stay. I complained about the heating not working in the room. They then got the heating working but the it would only work on 27 degrees Celsius nothing else. They didn’t fix and haven’t got back to me about my complaints.

Tony at reception was amazing. Went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. The last trip in July 2024 my son was not feeling so well and puked. This time I told Tony and he kindly extended the check out time so my son doesnt have to rush. Thank you Tony
