For some reason this was the only hotel we didn’t see any sign posts for. It was difficult to find we didn’t see any airport staff either around to ask. The lift was out of order to actually reach the hotel this was poorly managed. I have a lower back problem and having to carry my heavy luggage was going to be a disaster not to mention the anxiety caused. We finally found airport staff who took us another route via an internal lift it was long but we didn’t need to walk any steps. The entire process from getting off at stansted airport station to the hotel took us just over an hour. I just think this could have been a managed better. The hotel should have emailed prior explaining the steps to reach the hotel to minimise the disruption and to save time. The staff themselves were welcoming on arrival. We also called the reception to say the toilet is making a very loud water gushing sound we were told someone would come to fix it . No one came and 45 minute of listening to this noise we were unable to sleep. The noise finally stopped and we didn’t dare to use the toilet the remaining night as we didn’t want any further problems. The whole point of booking the hotel over night was to save time and have a good night sleep and both of those needs weren’t met .

Wonderful Stay!

Overall, my stay was wonderful. Although there were airport renovations occuring that needed a few additional moments to arrive to the hotel, the staff was very understanding and accommodating. I will return soon!

Really nice place for the Airport. Sophie on reception greeted us with a beaming smile and her service was amazing nothing was too much! Love popping in here so much we have even convinced our neighbours to use on their airport trips. Thank you again Sophie on reception an absolute credit to the reception team.

Last minute booking as I missed flight . Comfy bed , friendly staff and good breakfast. Shower wasn’t very hot but ok . Good stay overall .

Great check in, but bar service atrocious

Brilliant and quick check in, fair play to the young lady - airside view room, really good (see pic) however bar service was far from anything better than 2/10, total chaos, bar staff more concerned (all 3 at one time) on preparing restaurant orders, no concept of who’s next, I stood at the bar on my own for over 5 mins, no eye contact, was joined by other clients who then, when the duty manager arrived, got served first, yes a pet hate of mine, but if staff did their job correctly Not what you’d expect from a Hilton brand
