Desk staff were excellent. Room was clean and sufficiently spacious (though perhaps only providing two tea bags and no extra pillows was a little economical). Service in the restaurant was poor and very slow. 'Courtesy' shuttle to the terminal was an extra cost, which we didn't expect. Hotel is conveniently located though.

Great location and value - clean & comfy
Lovely and comfy, excellent staff service and nice gym to use. Nice Reception area. Clean, comfy and quick check in and out.Only gripe - the room was set up for 1 person - we were 2. So 1 robe, 1 slippers, 1 towel and 1 pillow. Bit disappointing.

Excellent stay
As an airport hotel i was pleasantly surprised. I was given a warm welcome when i arrived. My room had excellent facilities and very comfortable. I had an evening meal in the restaurant which was excellent. Good service by staff. I would highly recommend.

Lovely hotel
We arrived early for our check in and this was no problem. Our room was comfortable, warm and clean. We had an evening meal, which was hot and very tasty. The hotel was quiet at night despite being an airport hotel. Breakfast was relaxed and offered an excellent choice. Our only criticism was the shower over the bath, it was difficult to access over the high sided bath. Overall a wonderful stay and we will use again.

We stayed here for convenience for an early flight. The staff were all very nice. The bar area is comfortable and we had a meal in the restaurant which was excellent. I have allergies and they were extremely attentive to make sure I was safe so thank you for that. Our room was lovely and clean and the bed very comfortable. Will definitely stay again of our flights are early next time.

Arrived late after delayed flight and was disappointed that the check in process took almost 30 minutes. Facilities in room were 1st rate as was the cleanliness. Short stay only in hotel for 7 hours in total therefore cannot comment on any other aspect.
