The main area of the hotel is lovely, staff are very friendly and efficient and the location of the hotel is fantastic. However as you made your way to the rooms there were dirty pots and empty bottles left outside of rooms for over 24 hours (including a bowl filled with what I assume was custard… we checked in at 3.30 and it was still there at 11.30 the next day). The room was outdated and walls seemed quite thin as you could hear neighbours pretty well. No complaints about cleanliness in the room, the room was clean. Shower, whilst it didn’t look like much, had great pressure. But the rooms look a bit run down, desperately need an update. No complaints really overall for the price, the stay was fine for one night but not sure I’d have wanted to stay for a longer period.

We were staying to move our daughter - they had some staff off sick so were a bit short staffed, so food etc. took longer but breakfast and evening meal was excellent.

Thought everything had gone well. The gentleman I checked in with seemed very good at the time, sorted our breakfast and we checked in the car. I asked if we needed to do anything else with the car park, as there were screens for it too, but he said that because he had filled in the form and I had signed it, that there was nothing else needed. A week later, BAM!!! Parking ticket. Not happy at all. Waiting for results of appeal

There were not enough outlets or lighting in the room. Tv would not turnoff so we unplugged it. Rooms were tired but decent. Waitstaff at the restaurant was very slow but food were great!

Ok but facility was dated and only ok Good restaurant with views of quay to begin walks to old Trafford and Coro street but only acces from hotel at front was a small fire door. Meaning a 800m walk around facility and carpark to start walk Still ok overall

Good hotel although the room and bathroom decor is very tired and needs renovation, Check in/out is easy and reception staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is free and very convenient.

Frustrating stay - fire alarm went off twice (midnight and circa 1am) - not long enough to evacuate but long enough to wake you up. When I asked the morning receptionist at 6:50am he was unaware of 2 alarms overnight - suggesting it was steam from the shower. Funny a colleague and people in the breakfast area were all talking about it. My door card didn’t work - on the 5th trip back from my room (4th floor end of corridor) I insisted the Reception team came and sorted the door out. Then breakfast this morning, I paid £12, walk over to go into restaurant to get told chef stuck in traffic and that we could only have toast and continental or wait. Although after 30ish minutes of waiting the hot food started coming out. Generally the hotel feels old and tired in the bedroom and bathroom. Overall staff were okay, hotel was clean but unlikely to book here again.

Fab easy parking on arrival in hotel grounds. Early check in was allowed as room was ready. Reception staff so friendly and helpful. Room with a great view although room was a little tired looking, it was very clean and had every facility for a comfortable stay.
