My room was on 5th floor with lift shaft behind the wall. Everytime someone called the lift a compressor cut in for around 10-15 seconds. Obviously this went on until around midnight, I finally dropped off and then at 4.00am somebody called the lift and it woke me up

Great location

Easy check in and very friendly staff. Hotel is clean. Breakfast was very nice with a great choice to eat and drink. The location is in a very nice area right on the canal.

Stay was excellent however breakfast was due to be served until 9.30am & had ran out of lots of hot food at 9.15/9.20, however staff served more food to accommodate all.
