A little more attention to this hotel required

Decent location in the centre of Watford but hotel needs of a bit of attention, staff were very friendly but parking is limited , rooms were ok but lots of noise from other rooms & traffic. Tv did not work & breakfast was average. Also a misunderstanding in the morning as staff were trying to get in my room as they thought I had checked out .

I asked for an extra pillow due to me having chronic Covid symptoms, I cant sleep with just one pillow (I explained this to the receptionist) & she promised me that she would bring me one but she didnt. Won’t book here again

Could have been great but room was too hot

Mixed opinions on this place. Staff were lovely, reception area and room were nice but there was no aircon and it was so uncomfortably hot - didn't want to leave windows open overnight as it was the ground floor (there was a security mechanism, but still...). There was a fan, but it was ineffective. Parking wise was a little confusing - you have to drive past the place, turn left at the T junction, and then turn at the Enterprise business and you can park at the back of the hotel. Minimal space but we got a slot at 6pm so not too bad. Area wise - not particularly pretty and quite a busy road to cross, but once crossed the town centre is close and there's lots of restaurant options

A very bad hotel. Because their work mistakes gave me the wrong room, they not only did not solve the problem, but also had a very bad attitude.

Best Hotel and Best Staff Ever

BW White House Hotel is a hidden gem - I hesitate to tell everyone what a great place it is for fear that it will become overrun and we will never be able to get another reservation but I cannot NOT tell the world how comfortable the hotel is, how conveniently located it is, AND MOST IMPORTANT HOW ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS THEIR STAFF ARE! Every front desk clerk was friendly and helpful, even with the craziest questions. Every cleaner, clerk, wait staff - just everyone - was absolutely the best and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to make our visit great.

Budget hotel

Budget hotel, first time ever stayed at best Western, so far it was ok for one night, however compared to other big chains hotels room sizes and comfortable is less.
