It is absolutely beyond me how this place has more than 1 star. Was supposed to stay here for two nights on the weekend. But didn’t even last an hour. When we arrived to check in, there was a man who we dealt with, and everything seemed to be going well, directed through the door to our room. Our key card doesn’t work however to get into the hall way… the man tells us it must be that we put the keycard near our phone. I mean I’ve only walked 15 feet, I don’t think I did but ok. Returned for a second keycard which worked for about 15 minutes. The chap tells us that we have definitely been putting it by our phones. We haven’t! He repeats. “Yep, definitely you put it by your phone. the shower has no curtain at all… a small square to wash in and nothing to stop the water going everywhere. This has means the room must be getting very wet. Which has resulted in the bathroom having mould around the shower. We checked out the rest of the room and the bed is two single beds pushed together that wouldn’t even stay together without rolling apart. Also I have stayed in a hostel with a more comfortable bed than this. After raising concerns with the guy on the desk, I was told our room was the only one available, they did have one more but it would’ve been a downgrade..! Noisy room as on floor level can hear outside I booked a premier inn 5 minutes around the corner at Croxley Green. £3 a night parking. Absolutely 100% worth the extra £20.

Rooms were very good with great beds etc the 1 thing that put us back was the £50 per room deposit (as business travellers we had 2 separate rooms making it £100 they put on hold from your bank) you do get the money back after on average a week and I would stay here again if working in the area

Staff were very good in guiding me to a parking space. Staff were very welcoming Room was a little too warm when we arrived. Generally very clean but bathroom looking a little tired. Mattress was too soft for me and sagging Ion the centre. I suggested to reception staff it should be replaced

Couldn’t fault our stay apart from the car park arrangements as my wife has poor mobility and we didn’t find out about no parking on site until we arrived, booking was made as parking was a big factor in choosing the white house

Clean and friendly
Nice clean hotel with friendly staff that cannot do enough to help. The only downside is although you pay for the hotel before you arrive when you arrive your asked for a £50 deposit for the room which I think is a little uncalled for in this day and age.
