Everyone was very helpful, attentive but not in your face, and a lovely building and set up of terraces etc. Meals were superb. Such a great few days on our respite holiday, thank you.
Cant wait to return a really great stay excellent rooms and beautiful seated garden area and perfect breakfast .short walk to the castle and racecourse .cant fault stay.5 starts .
Beautiful garden at the back , it was perfect for a Raspberry Gin & Tonic before we headed to a concert at the castle. Enjoyed our short stay here & a lovely breakfast.
The hotel was very conveniently located close to the castle and other amenities. The rooms were nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable if a bit small for us as we are used to a King. The shower was very hot. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very pleasant and amenable.
Lovely little overnight stay for my friends birthday. My favourite breakfast served to perfection, eggs florentine. Nice clean room, light and comfortable. Tea, coffee and biscuits and easy parking. Would recommend
We traveled from London to the quaint town of Warwick. There is a castle there - which has events and activities during the summer months - many directed to children. We went there because we wanted to go to the British Motor Museum and Jaguar museum located in Gaydon - a 30 pound taxi ride. The museum was well worth the trip and the guys who work there were very helpful. The Olde Four Penny Shop Hotel was another bonus - English breakfast included and gourmet quality dinners at the pub were amazing. Helpful hardworking staff.
Another warm and welcoming stay at the Fourpenny. The accommodation is functional but the rooms are a good size, beds are comfortable and the shower is hot! Excellent food and really welcoming team. Added bonus is that it’s so close to the city centre.
