Miserable surroundings but modern and attractive interior. Steep steps to our apartment (#6). Also, after paying and shortly before arrival, we were required to sign a contract that included unreasonable rules. For example, you can’t drink alcoholic beverages in the apartment, so we couldn’t have even a glass of wine there. In addition, they monitor who enters and leaves the apartment, which we thought a bit intrusive.

Enjoyable stay

We received a very warm welcome and the apartment was beautiful. It is new and very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in Stockport! Travellers do need to be aware that this accommodation is in fact a rental, and that extra steps from another booking agent are required to secure this booking. The locks and wifi all require passcodes, which we felt was a great feature!
