All was well, within easy reach of public transport and shopping areas. Nice touch of using Dove products in the bathroom. Breakfast was okay, no problems and plenty of choice of hot or cold choices. Only minor gripe was TV kept loosing settings after turning off, had to retune every time.

Hotel was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was nice & hot. My only criticism would be that water coming from shower was luke warm, even though it was turned to highest temperature.

Perfectly fine. Breakfast limited for anyone who like me has to avoid gluten and oats, even more limited if you were vegetarian or vegan. There was gluten free bread available but it had to be asked for. Maybe there were also gluten free treats to match the buns available to others, and vegetarian or vegan sausages but having to ask for stuff is not the same service as having it available to you.

Terrible Service

A dreadful stay. We asked for the sofa bed to be made up and reported to reception when we checked in. We were told that the bed would be made up whilst we were out in the evening. Upon return, the bed still wasn't made up and we were handed bedding and had to make the bed up ourselves. The bar service was also terrible with staff missing out of site. It seems there is a serious lack of management at this hotel. The breakfast was also very poor indeed.

Stale smoke smell in room

The staff were very friendly though there was a strong smell of smoke in my room. I let reception know though due to the hotel being full they were unable to do anything. The manager said he would come to spray something in my room but, if he did come, there was no noticeable difference. Given I paid £150 a night for my room, I was quite disappointed.
