Facilities for families:  Travel cot provided, please bring your own cot linen. 
Outside: No outside space but guests have access to communal alley with shed containing children’s beach toys.
Pets:  No pets allowed, sorry. 
Parking:  No parking available. 
Nearest beach: 0.1 miles.
Nearest amenities: 0.1 miles.
Changeover time: Saturday changeover - Check in at 7pm. Check out at 9am.
General: Electricity and heating included in the rent.
Important notes:  No smoking. WiFi provided. No pets. Mobile phone coverage varies.
