A warm and inviting cottage situated in a peaceful cobbled lane just a five minute walk from the harbourfront and beaches in St Ives. Set over three floors with a lounge/diner and well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor, a double bedroom, bunk bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, and a large studio/double bedroom on the second floor with picture windows enjoying sea views.

Great famile sized house in central St Ives
Gorgeous views from this central St Ives family holiday rental. House spans 3 floors with lots of space in bedrooms and bathrooms. All mod cons. Minutes from beaches and shops. Car parking space is useful although quite a walk uphill at the other side of town. The property also had some issue with recent water damage which was quite noticeable in smell and would be best dealt with for a top rating.

The property was good, however, when we asked for a short extension of checkout we were denied
This denial was upsetting and we had the impression to even suggest such a thing was outrageous!
