Entire place

You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

The apartment is accessed via two flights of external stairs and a communal walkway. The apartment has two floors with a shower room, kitchen, living and dining area and balcony on the first floor, the second floor has two bedrooms (one king and one double) as well as an ensuite to the king size room.

The king size room faces the rear of the property and the double room faces the beach, there is a picture window over the living area that looks down onto the beach. There are Smart TVs in each bedroom.

The kitchen is very well equipped with integrated AEG appliances; fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, washer/ dryer. There is a large Smart TV with Bose sound bar in the living room. The dining table is round and seats 4, plus there is a sofa with armchair in the living area. On the balcony, you will find a a comfy sofa for some serious lazing in the sun!

There is a private door for all residents of Barnaloft to access Porthmeor Beach so you are close enough to pop back if you've forgotten your sun cream! There are showers on Porthmeor Beach to wash off wet suits before heading back to the apartment.

You have an allocated parking space located on Westward Road on Porthmeor Hill.

There is free WiFi at the apartment as well as towels (please bring your own beach towels) and bed linen.

Please note, due to the external stairs access, we would not recommend to anyone who cannot walk without assistance.

** 26/11/24 - Please note due to Wales and West upgrading gas pipes throughout St Ives, there will be road closures throughout the town in January to early February. From 02/01/25 - 21/02/25 Fish Street and St Peters Street will be closed, from 06/01/25 - 21/02/25 Back Road East will be closed and from 27/01/25 - 21/02/25 Back Road West. However, this work can be delayed if there are any unforeseen circumstances that occur. There will be a narrow diversion route to allow access to Barnaloft. Please get in contact with a member of the Orange Roofs team before booking if you have any questions or concerns.**
