Could be better

Another good stay at Retallack Resort again in a lakeside apartment. Overall happy with the accommodation except for problems with the provided internet. In our apartment this did not work for the entire time we stayed. We did manage to log in via the TV on one evening but then this failed and wouldn’t start again ! Now this might be classed as a nice to have but if a connection is required it’s a real pain and if children were in the accommodation it could be quite stressful……site maintenance and management were of little help and reception could only pass on concerns……so not totally satisfied. Due to location phone signal is poor but that’s not the sites fault …..that’s Cornwall !

The accommodation was great - modern and clean. Hot tub excellent. Good base for exploring Cornwall. Pool closed early (5pm) which was a shame for us as an evening swim would have been nice.

Amazing place

All the staff were so helpful and friendly, and the accommodation was Amazing, perfect for our girls get together, especially with the 3 bathrooms lol. We all Loved it so much we booked to come back same time next year.

Loved the place and property, the freezer door handle was broken, fridge door shelf missing, couldn't get dishwasher to work no booklet that be longs to it, but overall the place and food and staff was fantastic.
