Please be aware this is a shared kitchen. The property is on a working farm which is off the main road and nice and quiet. Difficult to find the entrance. Look out for the small sign for lower field farm go down a long farm track and you get to the farm. The property could do with some TLC but over all ok.

Perfect location for peace and tranquility
The property has a very welcoming air cheerfully furnished in bright colours nestled in beautiful surroundings in the glorious countryside and well situated for touring around The Midlands. The entrance to the Farm is initially hard to find, and caution needed driving down the track leading to the property but you quickly become proficient avoiding potholes, all part of farming life to be embraced. The lounge/ kitchenette is helpful for preparing light meals and relaxing alongside the use of a fully equipped kitchen/ laundry available across the yard. Ruth was very friendly and helpful, the perfect host, many thanks for an enjoyable stay.
