Annoying rumbling noise inside the room. Invoice says a lower amount to what I actually paid which is frustrating when putting on business expenses. Speedy check in. Clean room. Easy parking

Very happy with our stay!

Was very disappointed the wifi was terrible had no signal in my room at all. On the first night food took a long time to be served and cleared and on the second night the restaurant had been set up for a group with no room for other guest so had to sit in the bar and the service was extremely slow

Nice hotel, bad internet

Internet connection in the room was 0.33mb . Lol, it struggles to load the Google homepage it's that bad. The room was nice. staff seemed very uninterested in anything.. grunt 'room number?' I will avoid this hotel is the future due to the lack of a functioning internet connection.

Check in was easy, quick and hassle free. The staff at reception gave a warm welcome and made finding our room simple. The room itself was very clean in all aspects, the bed was really comfortable and it was very quiet overall. It was a great overnight stay at the Mercure! I will be staying again! Thank you!

The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, The food however was not of a good standard my partner ordered a prawn sandwich but the prawns were off and the cios which came with my burger were not cooked thoroughly.
