Our luxurious, self-contained apartment is the perfect place for tourists, groups, contractors, workers or families.

This spacious apartment has a private balcony and is a walking distance to the historical Kelham Island and only a 1-mile walk to Sheffield City Centre. Across the road is local riverside pub and restaurant.

If you are a countryside lover, the peak district is only a short drive away.
Our unique location means that you are in the heart of Sheffield and all desired areas are easy accessible.

The space:

- a spacious kitchen equipped with all cooking essentials allowing you to prepare your own food. The kitchen includes a microwave, a fridge and freezer, an electric cooker and oven, a dishwasher, toaster and a kettle. Once done with prepping your meals, there is great sized dining table and benches to sit and enjoy your meals.

- The living area has a 55” TV, comfy sofas, and a beanbag.

- The Master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite with a shower and the second room is a double bed and use of a main bathroom with a bath.

- We have amenities such as a hairdryer, face and body towels a washing machine and iron and an ironing board.
