The property was a bit tired. But had all the facility i needed. Tv was a bit small. Noisey floor boards over head. And not enough plug sockets. But Great shower, comfy bed tea and coffee facilities. I must mention that the BnB is on the south bound junction only. We was heafing north so had to back track on the jorney a bit. This is not mentioned anywhere?

Ideal stop over.

Location: The services nearby is a major one, so you get WH Smith, Waitrose, Costa, Subway, Harry Ramsden's and KFC.

The staff and room were just what we needed for a stopover between Nottingham and Sheffield. They offered us continental breakfast to our room, or a full breakfast at the services - two minute walk away. You get what you pay for, but it was surprisingly clean and comfortable.

Does what it says on the tin

Being on the motorway it was noisy, road hum, but convenient. Basic room only, for an over night stop although you can order a continental breakfast at reception. Room was clean, slow but free wifi and TV. The bathroom was clean with a good bath and shower with plenty of good towels and hot water. Food available from the service area next door, within walking distance, good pubs nearby also serving food. Staff were really friendly and informed that we only had to ask if we wanted something. Only downside was it appeared that the communication between this site and the hotel regarding payment received was delayed causing some confusion. Overall cheap, comfortable hotel I would use again for business trips.

It serves a need

The room was quiet, the beds comfortable and VERY convenient for travelling onwards, as it is literally on the M1. There was no soap nor shower gel etc in the room, so a very helpful receptionist gave us a new bar of Dove soap. Bathroom very tired, could do with refurb, but clean. Room clean and comfortable, staff very helpful.
