The hotel was ok, thw service was ok. The room was not great the baths over flow had fallen of the hadle on the unit had come off. And the bed was really hard and very uncomfortable.

Nice hotel, poor food

Check-in was efficient, room clean and comfortable, although the layout of the room was very awkward. The staff were friendly however, the breakfast was terrible. Very poor quality food and the smashed avocado I was served had gone off and was fizzy. This was very disappointing.

The hotel was so quiet. I barely heard another soul whilst I was there and the staff were so friendly. I was able to have breakfast last minute without booking and could walk to town and back easily through the park.

We had a lovey stay at the Spa hotel, the room was clean, spacious and had lovely views. The staff were helpful and we enjoyed use of the pool and sauna. We appreciated the hotel upgrading our room, the bed was comfortable and huge. The Town was a nice 15/20 minute walk. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we were in the area.

When we arrived we were upgraded to the Indulgent room which was a nice surprise. We also had our luggage taken to our room. Nice touch.

Staff were great. Caught out by the apparent need to book a table for breakfast (even though it was included). Luckily they fitted us in after a short wait. Never had that anywhere else.
