Cheap but has its drawback
The staff were friendly and very helpful. Though I had a no window room, I did not expect the noise level was that bad, coming from upstairs room and people walking around the hallway and stairs. This was not the first time I stayed at a EasyHotel but it could be the last.

Great value for money
Spent £54 for a Saturday night. Great value for money, double bed is small so only good for couples really. Needed a bin in the bedroom and some bedside tables

The reception staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. I was initially given the wrong room, but the issue was promptly resolved with a partial refund, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel room was quite dirty, with dirt and dust on the floor. Additionally, the air conditioner kept turning off automatically after a while. If you felt the air was stuffy in the middle of the night, you had to wake up and turn it on again.
