The position of the hotel and the staff were very good. The breakfast was also satisfactory.
However, the rooms are tired and old requiring significant maintence. The air conditioning was unable to adequately heat the room and the lighting was very poor.
Public areas are threadbare and the toilets cleanliness not upto any reasonable standard.
Lovely stay with family.Staff are amazing and will do anything that is asked.Parts could do with a bit updating but for the amount of time in hotel it is adequate.Would stay again as Radlett is a lovely little area and train station right opposite hotel for London centre.
The room was clean and comfortable, if a little dated, but the corridors and main bar area could do with a refresh.
Friendly and welcoming though and the food was good for the price.
Common are sitting areas with fire places were great.
Found that our room had a musty smell when first entering but wasn’t noticeable after a few minutes.
