Before I went there ,no one replied my phone calls and emails. I went there and there was serious clog up at the bathroom. It's noise with just a thin wall. OVERALL, POOR!!

Great Stay!

The home away from home feel you want. A lovely little apartment with all the shops in walking distance. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in and around the area.

Great location next to the train station We normally stay at a hotel but there was so much more room here and the facilities were great. Concierge very friendly and helpful.

Decent and would visit again.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. The apartment was a good size and only a minute walk away from the train station and only a couple more minutes to the shops and bars etc. There could be some more things within the room such as pizza cutter or a big knife. The oven didn’t work when I arrived but this was explained to me and didn’t really affect my stay.

Apartment from hell. A dip on the mattress . My body potentially wasn't supported had to bend into an uncomfortable position during the night . Now having terrible Neck and sore back pain. Bed Sagging Very dusty Big stains on bedding With the amount I paid very disappointed.

I have stayed here a number of times, the property I love, the location is perfect and I do enjoy staying at these apartments. The property itself was very clean, tidy and in excellent condition. However the only slight issue I had were there were no glasses, one wine glass and one latte glass. Also the communication was a tad poor, as there were two of us with cars we wanted to know where we could park. I fully understand that they are busy etc., as I know what it is like. These issues are very slight that is because I am being picky. Overall - whenever I am in Preston I will always book Fishergate Apartments.

Short business trip

Stayed a few nights for a business trip. Small but comfortable and well equipped apartment in a very useful location. Friendly and helpful management. Would stay here again.

Great find

A good find close to the station but the noise was not an issue. Comfortable apartment although the mattress on the bed was memory foam which is not to my taste particularly but probably suits most people. The only issue I had was check-in when the intercom was not answered but a quick call on the mobile number contained within the hotels.com reservation email soon solved the problem. Would definitely stay again.

Overall very pleasant stay

Had trouble getting hold of the owner to let me into the property, pressed the bell 3 times and no answer, had to phone the number on the email twice. The email also stated someone would come down to meet me but they just spoke to me through the intercom. Other than that, can’t fault my stay, the apartments are lovely, the bed was so comfy, everything was clean, nice facilities, liked the smart technology, felt at home, was a ten min walk away from where I was doing my course, loads of local amenities, right next to train station but wasn’t noisy, would definitely stay again, was sad to leave! Not much parking but I managed to bag a space. Appreciated the strict rules about noise levels and respecting other guests as that has been a big issue when I have stayed in other hotels.

Absent landlord, mis-advertising features.

Actual apartment fine and basic, but no-one on-site to help as everything is managed remotely! Bed wasn’t made for the kids, we had to do this ourselves. Check-in procedure frustrating, talking to someone through a “Ring” doorbell with a really bad connection that doesn’t work properly. “City view” actually means looking directly into Preston train station! Late trains with drunk passengers catching taxis noisy. There are only TWO free parking spaces. If full, you have to park at end of road and pay! Not ideal with small kids but luckily we didn’t have to do this. We had to text owner every morning to have heating turned on remotely (really annoying as was freezing). He commented it was odd as all other residents were turning their heating down as they were too hot. All a bit too “Big Brother” for me - I felt anything we were using was being remotely monitored. No coffee machine as advertised, no Smart tablet even though this is sold as a USP feature. Shower blocked but we were told there were no staff working over Xmas - this infuriated me as they were quite happy to take our money over Christmas!! Also no apology - when we told him he just texted “Noted”. Power failure on final day. Even though later established it was out of his control no-one even came to check it out. They only messaged us with an update 2hrs after we’d checked out. I’d rather book Premier Inn down the road who are more honest about what they offer and value their customers.
