High standard of cleanliness. Good size bedroom. Easy to use shower. Shower cream and shampoo provided. Breakfast included in price. Helpful staff. The only negative would be the £8.50 a night parking charge.

Good Hotel

Stayed at the hotel for 1 night whilst on Poole on business. The hotel was clean and comfortable and fine for the 1 night I was there. Location wise it was pretty good as walked to the quay for food. Breakfast was very good, especially as free with the room rate.

Very impressed with the lighting in the room and the mirrors in the bathroom. Breakfast was good just a shame thet NEITHER coffee maching was working correctly. All said we would stay again

The check in is 3 o’clock on the dot. After 35 hour travel day, 10 mins would have gone a long way. Also, was given the room next to the laundry storage so was some noice involved

Great location

We only stayed for one night but found our room to be clean, and larger than we expected. The corridor outside our room was also larger than a lot of hotel corridors which helped to lessen any noise from other guests. We went to breakfast at 07:30 and there was plenty of available seating, and all breakfast items were available. The hotel is ideally located for Poole town centre, ten minutes walk, and it's close to the Lighthouse theatre. The main bus station is also very close so you can easily get to Bournemouth if needed.

Could have been better

An average booking in experience was improved by a better than average breakfast for a hotel of its type. All front desk staff at check everything seemed too much trouble. However the rest of the staff from the breakfast team to the room maid were pleasant cheerful and efficient. Different staff at check out were efficient and cheerful too
