A warm welcome awaits you at the beautiful Wee Blether house near the picturesque village of Old Thorpe Audlin near Pontefract.
A stylish, self-contained stable conversion, it has one double bedroom; a modern shower room with toilet, hand basin and walk-in shower; and a cosy lounge with a kitchen area.
A self-contained property, you should find everything you need here. The kitchen has a fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a mini-oven with hob, whilst the living area contains a sofa, side-tables, storage and a television.
Linen and towels are included.
The Wee Blether’s relaxed yet luxurious feel suits not only short-term visitors but also those working in the area seeking a “home from home”.
Situated in West Yorkshire, but close to North and South Yorkshire, the village of Old Thorpe Audlin is four miles south of the A1/M62 junction. This makes the whole of Yorkshire accessible, so it’s a perfect stop-off for those visiting Doncaster, Leeds, Sheffield and York, the Yorkshire Dales and the beautiful beaches of the East Coast.
The Wee Blether sits next to my own house where I work as a Homeopath and Bowen Technique Practitioner.
During your stay you can book in for treatments including a pain relieving bodywork session or unwind by taking an infra-red sauna.
Prices upon request.
Outside there are garden recliners and furniture. Guests are welcome to use the barbecue but need to bring their own charcoal and lighters.
The driveway has ample parking for a couple of cars as well as space suitable for a horsebox or RV.
House rules:
Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am
Smoking is not allowed inside.
No parties to be held at the property.
I welcome well behaved dogs and cats and the garden is secure. It does, however, contain a poultry run with five chickens inside, so guests are asked to ensure that they supervise their dog(s) around this area.
