Fabulous apartment in the best location for visiting the Barbican in Plymouth. The vibrant nightlife could be heard in the apartment but we had the windows open and didn’t bother us at all. Would definitely stay again

Great location & great service with a special request but noisy from being in the heart of a lot of bars & restaurants, throwing out glass early Saturday morning & revellers. Quirky historic property, with some nice features but the bathroom, of which I have a certain expectation, let it down. The poor pressure of the shower, dated, mouldy & roughly maintained - needs complete refurb in the bathroom, new sofa & mattress. Sorry I can't recommend this property/wouldn't stay again in it's current state.

Place was clean and tidy but let itself down.

Place was clean and tidy, looked lovely but let itself down on the details. The mattress was very old and needed replacing years ago. The cutlery was bent and random, the crockery was also random. The pans had very loose handles - we expected the frying pan handle to come off in our hands. The toilet roll holder was on upside-down! There was a message to be quiet after 22:00. That's because the walls and ceilings are paper-thin with no sound insulation. You could hear conversations, music at a low level, sneezes and others walking up and down the stairs. It's a shame because the location was great and the flat itself was very sweet.

Beautiful property - cleanliness could be better

A very nice property that was well decorated. Unfortunately the place wasn't clean. Would suggest having a proper clean, offer some tea bags (virtually every property of every type has tea) and change the kettle.

Great location

Good communication with property manager. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Great location at the barbican. Several shops, bars and restaurants nearby. My stay was during lockdown so cannot make any recommendations. I was working during the day so very convenient to pay £2 for street parking between 6pm and 8am. I have already booked this apartment again for next week.
