This cosy cottage is located in a wonderful rural spot in Penzance. The lovely living areas and excellent location make it the perfect choice for a family get away or get together with friends. This beautifully refurbished cottage retains traditional character but also includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home.

As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.

The brand new kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.

This cottage has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5 - although please note this is not suitable for more than 3 adults.

In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.

The second bedroom contains a 2 single beds (kids bunk bed) plus a trunkle bed. However the top bunk & trunkle bed are not suitable for an adults.

The bathroom has a toilet, sink and a walk-in shower.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

Please note - this property has Mobile Wifi which only reaches speed of 5mps. Local internet cafes should be used for working arrangements.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is from 3-8pm and check-out is by 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are welcome at the property.

The holiday park has a laundrette facility if needed.

Very central to West Cornwall to visit Land's End, St. Ives, Mousehole, St. Michael's Mount.

The holiday park facilities include a heated swimming pool, pitch and putt & tennis courts, as well as a pub which serves food and refreshments. To access these park clubhouse facilities, a leisure pass is required and can be purchased at Reception on your arrival. This is a separate charge of £18 per house for a 3–4-day short stay, £30 per house for a long / 7 + nights. The park facilities will be closed from 1st November until 10th February 25 for the winter period.

This cottage offers its guests a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
