Bright airy spacious house spread over 3 floors with large fully equipped kitchen/diner with fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Ground floor cloakroom. 6 double bedrooms, 2 with en-suite shower rooms. Front, side and rear gardens. Off street parking for 2 cars and lots of free on street parking. Easy access to A34, M40, John Radcliffe, Church Hill and Nuffield Hospitals, Oxford Mini Plant and Oxford Science Park. Thornhill Park and Ride is a short walk from the property.

We follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights:

- We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknobs
- We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies,
and we wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
- We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists
- We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay

You have use of the whole property

We give our guests space, but, are available when needed. A member of the team is locally based and will be available during your stay to help with any questions.

If you want to experience nature, the Shotover Country Park (8 minutes away) is such a beautiful place to walk and enjoy a wide range of natural beauty, and fresh air. It is a Protected area made up of hidden valleys, varied landscapes & diverse habitats.

You may also visit The Kilns (C S Lewis House) (6 minutes away), this was where the author C. S. Lewis wrote all of his Narnia books and other classics. The house itself was featured in the Narnia books.

Christmas stay
Pleased with property, very warm , clean and well equipped. Owner even provided a Christmas tree and crackers! Plenty of parking, local post office/shop round corner, 5 minute drive to Headington shops or P&R for Oxford centre.

Convenient to Kilns and very spacious!
Lots of room for our big group and great communication with property manager. My only complaint is that we struggled to get hot water in the showers. It went hot and cold erratically in all the bathrooms.

Spacious house in a nice neighborhood
This house was perfect for our larger group and exactly as pictured - if not a little bigger than expected. Beds were comfortable and living room space was cozy. Kitchen was adequate for making small meals and we enjoyed a pint at the pub across the street as well. Wifi was a little weak and some items needed attention in the house but they were minor. The best part about this house and a reason I would highly recommend is it’s location to beautiful public footpaths that let you escape town in just a few steps. Communication with host was great as well. Would recommend and stay again!

2 night stay in a 6 bedroomed house
Convenient location.The house is big and warm and appears clean but disappointing communication.Got sent 2 check out times from 2 different companies(?)and despite asking there was no reply. Only 1 towel per room. Only 1 cereal bowl for a 6 bedroomed house is pretty pathetic and frankly uncaring and poor maintenance. The 2 bedroom downstairs could do with better blinds as after 5:30 am,it woke the men up. The grass outside is poorly maintained,broken furniture dumped in the back garden. We were only 6 people for 2 nights and spent little time in the house so our stay was pleasant,but I think the owners need to improve the maintenance of the property.A welcome pack of sorts would also have added a nice touch. We appreciated the ironing room.

Friends' reunion
The property was ideal for our needs: six female friends meeting after 20 months of lockdowns. Its size and location were its main assets. It was also spotlessy clean, comfortable and well equipped. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the central heating boiler throughout our stay which meant we had no heating or hot water for two days. Admittedly, David from the property management company came promptly when we called and was extremely pleasant but two days without hot water was a considerable inconvenience which marred our stay.

Great for six blokes
Rooms are fine. Not enough room for six couples to sit together, despite the double rooms, but the property met our needs for a group of blokes having a weekend away. Property owner was very nice and helpful too.
