Separate Annex. Private Entrance

A private modern self catered two-roomed annex with your own front door. The annex has a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area with a double sofa bed. (free Wi-Fi) The annex is separated from our detached home in the lovely village of Cumnor with excellent pubs and country walks from the front door.
Easy access into Oxford via the regular bus service (2min walk) or via the Park & Ride. Explore the nearby beautiful villages of the Cotswolds, Blenheim Palace and Bicester Village.

The space
A smart and modern annex and is separate to the house. It is accessed through your own private front door with your own keys so that you can have the freedom to come and go at your leisure.
The annex has a good sized bedroom with a king sized bed with a storage cupboard with a chest of drawers and plenty of storage with an ironing board, iron, first aid kit and sufficient hanging space.
There is a separate shower room located between the two rooms with a heated radiator and toiletries.
There is a fully functioning kitchen which has a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, oven plus there are four hobs. The kitchen has all the basic equipment needed for your stay. I also supply a few provisions so that you can settle in and make a cup of tea/coffee when you arrive.
Bedding and towels are changed weekly and there is access to a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The annex also has a free Wi-fi connection with great speeds and a 4K TV.
There is also free off road car parking right next to the annex.

Guest access
The apartment is for the sole use of the guests and all areas are accessible. we want you to make it your home from home whilst you are here. All you need for a short vacation or long term stay.

There is a flight of 12 and a flight of 3 steps up to the annex.
