Terrible stay - wouldn’t return

Room was tired, walls were paper thin and could hear everything. Uncomfortable bed. Fighting in the corridors during the early hours from other guests. Fire alarm going off early in the morning. No offer for any compensation/free breakfast etc. Left very disappointed and unlikely to use again. Will use well known chain hotels in close proximity in the future

Shambolic

Music pumping till 1am followed by drunks slamming doors etc.generator on roof so noisy .false fire alarm in morning filled by no hot water to shower.had to travel back to London with no sleep.absolute nightmare place

Worked perfect to be near family

Location: We were there to visit family from the USA
Everything was great except couldn't get on WI FI in room had o step out in hallway

Standard city hotel; comfortable but impersonal

Pros: comfortable room pleasant staff in restaurant
Cons: restaurant a bit pricey for what it was
Location: 800yds from tram stop
convenient for attending family funeral nothing more to add

Wedding night

Very conveniently situated easy to find

Pros: Ample parking friendly polite staff
Cons: The security door to the upper floors closed with a very loud bang and if unfortunate to be in 369 would be very annoying at night.
Location: Virtually on the motorway so Manchester Oldham etc very accessible
The room was very comfortable and pleasantly furnished with good wi Fi.The only criticism was that the water pressure in the shower gave a poor flow. The breakfast buffet was superb
