Good location. Clean & pleasant hotel. Good size rooms. Good breakfast. Some of staff on reception not helpful and need to learn a lot about customer service.

The hotel was what I expected, clean and well kept. Thought I was in Peking at one stage there were that many Chinese staying there.

The front desk and Restaurant staff were very professional, friendly and attentive. The rooms were very clean and quiet. Breakfast was great, a bit of everything .The location was excellent, very close to the highway and city centre. We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express!

Bathroom was small and needed more amenities and a door that stayed open instead of slowly closing. There was no extractor fan in the bathroom and no air flow in the room. Powdered eggs were terrible and so was the coffee. Clean room and friendly staff
