Great suite and friendly staff
Booked a suite for 3 for one night. Shame that we couldn’t stay longer as the room was great and we didn’t have time to enjoy any of the pool/spa facilities. The suite booked had a separate area for the sofa bed, so added privacy. The metal four poster bed was a nice touch. We had dinner, burger and sea bass, which were both very nice. The staff were stretched but absolutely top notch. The breakfast in the morning was buffet style and great, and again, all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Will have to come back and enjoy more of the facilities.

Room was nice but no complimentary drinks in mini bar or sufficient bottles of water. Pull out bed and curtains had large stains. Lots of food and plates left outside rooms and not cleared. Gym not open till 8 which was frustrating. Also breakfast was great but plates were tiny.

Where to begin. Visiting Nottingham for a wedding. 3 night stay. One morning my children couldn’t exit the room, door jam. I had them slide the key under the door I also couldn’t open the door. At breakfast there was a dead fly in the milk. The toilet seat was off centre. AC not working in room. The towels need updating. My children ordered room service and it was charged to the room, the next day they said it can’t be charged to the room and I had to walk to the front desk to pay, to which I did then to be told to pay at the bar. No staff at the bar. Food forgotten to be delivered. Quality of food is terrible. Badly cooked and cheap. A woman’s broken fake nail side of the pool. The walls in the rooms are dirty. Food and stains. Chewing gum on carpet. Honestly I could go on.

If your on a trip further and you need a place to stay to stay it's excellent. Y only issue would be there are no car chargers. Think for a hotel next to he motorway this should be an essential. They have space.

We stayed two nights as a family of four. The overall experience was nice. The room had beverages at no additional cost, which was a great touch. The sofa couch was ready for our children upon arrival and the staff was very friendly. The only issue we had was that our mattress was very uncomfortable. This is a very important element to a hotel stay. Once they upgrade the mattresses, I believe this hotel will be top notch. Everything else was lovely and we'd absolutely stay here again (as long as the mattress issue was corrected).

We did not stay and ask for refund which we did not have in full as booked onto hotel.com the hotel kept £40 apparently commission for hotel.còm!!!! I was shocked as this hight standing hotel could lack of simple service on arrival rooms as I have booked 2 rooms, we're stuffy so hot. And then we asked the reception desk but they could not help and told them that Air con was not working!!!! They were nothing they could do to help, then the telephone wasnot working either. He said he will refund us. That was the hotel manager's answer!!!! We came from Guildford for the graduation day, having driven for 2 and half hours plus the entire day at the graduation we were looking forward to that great hotel stay!! But unfortunately I have been lied to on Hotel.com, this hotel need serious refurbishments. I am still down £40 from my pocket for even not staying an hour!!!! What a scam!!!! Ridiculous. I am always good in my review and very honest but being ripped off on that special day was horrible feeling. Please people read the review before booking this hotel.

Super friendly staff, especially the man checking us in for breakfast. Nice quiet area. Decent beds and a nice pool, spa, jacuzzi and steam room. I would definitely stay there again.

Room was old, mattress/pliiows were old and not good. Funature in room was in bad shape. Limited towels, no help with convertor plugs, all in all the worst Marriott property I have been in. Very disappointed.

Great hotel
Nice hotel, quiet even though its a relatively big, rooms well sized with all the things you need plus AC. All the rooms ive had have had both a shower and a bath which is nice. Breakfast is large and well cooked. All the staff are friendly and helpful
