Nice property. Can be loud in the rooms with the passing traffic. Nice pool and spa facilities. Gym was ok too. Restaurant and the staff there were nice. Good stop off for a little wind down.

Gorgeous hotel

In Nottingham for an ice hockey camp came here to stay absolutely gorgeous hotel lovely staff . Only disappointment was I booked this because it had a pool but my son wasn’t able to use it because of kids hours and he was so excited and looking forward to it. Would have been nice after a day ice hockey training ! But everything else was wonderful

Reception staff very welcoming, room mirrors dusty, toilet was dirty - we cleaned it ourselves. View was of function room roof- which had a function until 1am so abit noisy

Quiet location near motorway access. Room a bit stuffy took a while to figure air conditioning out. Otherwise friendly and courteous staff.

The room was a very good size and the bed extremely comfortable. I don’t find the checkin lady very friendly or helpful and had to wait ages to checkin as she was on her own which is unusual for a hotel this size.

The hotel overall looked very nice upon arrival. As we went to our room, the hallways and room smelled strongly of disinfectant. The carpet was a bit dirty in the room and hallways. The bed was not very comfortable. It was considered a King bed, however it was really 2 twins pushed together causing a crevice in-between. The mattress was covered with plastic and made a "crinkle" noise with movement. The flat sheet on the bottom was too small and wrinkled underneath. Not a good night sleep :( The positive was that the room itself, and the bathroom, were very large by European standards. Another positive, parking is free and breakfast was economical and good.

Short stay

We stayed for a night so we could go to the goose fair. Location was good, service was friendly, slept well good blackout curtains. Breakfast tasty, we would go back

Very high standard for what we paid. Big room, well appointed. Lovely staff. Overall we were very happy. Nitpicks: the pool and facilities close early, and the restaurant is a bit over priced.

Great suite and friendly staff

Booked a suite for 3 for one night. Shame that we couldn’t stay longer as the room was great and we didn’t have time to enjoy any of the pool/spa facilities. The suite booked had a separate area for the sofa bed, so added privacy. The metal four poster bed was a nice touch. We had dinner, burger and sea bass, which were both very nice. The staff were stretched but absolutely top notch. The breakfast in the morning was buffet style and great, and again, all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Will have to come back and enjoy more of the facilities.
