Excellent hotel next to airport

We usually stay the night before our travels from Norwich airport. The hotel is walking distance from the airport . This time we did have an issue with our room. However this was quick;y sorted out by Nikki, she was extremely helpful, very professional and wished for our stay to be a happy one. Thank you Nikki. We did have our evening meal in the restaurant. It is so nice to have a relaxing time before travelling the next day.

We used the Hotel for an overnight stay before we got an early flight the next morning. We did have dinner at the hotel which was good but very overpriced.

Room was very dated, mattress was hard, tv kept flickering. Food in lobby bar was really poor. Had sticky ribs and they were as dry as a dessert!! Wouldn’t return here.
