Lovely stay

Lovely hotel. Great amenities including swimming pool/gym. Room was big and comfortable with all that you would need for a great stay, the fresh milk in the fridge was a welcome touch. Bar service from was good, very knowledgeable & funny. Lady on reception was also lovely, a credit to the hotel.

My wife & I had a wonderful anniversary weekend at Bedford Lodge. The facilities were excellent, including the swimming pool & restaurant, & the staff were always friendly & helpful.

The hotel meets all that is expected of a 4 star establishment. Great building, dining and staff. The only was let down was the room, although comfortable and well stocked with quality amenities, it was small, in particular the bathroom.

Very enjoyable stay!

It’s a lovely hotel

Very beautiful hotel but unfortunately the shower was freezing cold! We only stayed one night so wasn’t worth worrying about but we did tell reception on leaving. Room good size and comfortable bed. Lady in the bar was very friendly.

always a pleasure staying here for the races. lovely hotel, think they need a few extra seats in the bar and outside as we did struggle to find a table on various times. over-all still a beautiful hotel.

Lovely hotel for grown ups.

Lovely adult (i.e. not overrun with children) hotel with good view from room of the racing yard next door. Easy walk into town, didn't use restaurant as prefered to try the mexican in town; Breakfast excellent and included. Everything clean and great service. Friendly bar staff with two ales on as well as the usual selection of hotel stock.
