Hotel was a good location for traveling to Silverstone for F1. Reception staff very helpful, especially Muna. Room was well laid out & had everything we needed, but was very dirty. I wiped all the light switches & touch points with an antibac wipe & dirty marks came off on the wipe. The window sill was filthy. The water was not flowing away in the basin so I pulled the plug up & it was covered in soap grime, hairs & bizzarely pasta noodles! The smell was awful.
