The hotel is overpriced, £20 per person for breakfast, the room was dirty, a shower out of use and the other too hot to use, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

Lovely hotel

Stayed for one night and the staff were all very friendly and efficient, the room was lovely and the overall stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. Very happy customers.

Great room very high end but issues with shower broken and bath took a long time to fill up shower head was cracked and when switched on sprayed the ceiling informed reception but too late in the morning

Really enjoyed my stay with my daughter. Would happily return. Breakfast was fantastic. Was great seeing the stadium from the room and restaurant. Good facilities. Lots of nearby restaurants and shops. We had a great stay

the hotel staff were possibly the worst i have seen in years, could not care less! i asked when i signed in if i needed to book for dinner as i had guests coming, told no, when they arrived they didnt have any space in the restaurant !! at breakfast, asked for room number then told ok - i asked what happens now then told find a seat and its self service, could not care less! the car park charge is £8 per night, thanks gad there are plenty of other hotels in the area as i wont be staying here again - EVER. the other thing is you basically have to walk around the whole hotel to find either somewhere to eat of your room. if you have a mobility issue (which i have) its not good. met a guy walking around the hotel (as i were) to find the restaurant, he said he would be staying here again too!
