Lovely hotel, staff fabulous. Pool is smaller but went in the morning and quiet, enjoyed the steam room and jacuzzi. Would have liked to have information on times of breakfast and the pool, but easily got information when asked. Breakfast was lovely too. Well definitely re visit

Had to charge room as window wouldn't shut tight so you could hear the noise from the carriage way and that was on the other side of the hotel, swapped rooms the next day and that was ok. Problem resolved quickly and staff very friendly.

The pool was lovely and warm, it was a treat not too flinch as you get in, it was like getting a warm hug 😀 The breakfast is great and I love the gluten free options on offer.

Stayed here in business. Middlesbrough does not have a selection of premium hotels unfortunately, the Leovardo backs this up. Staff are friendly with their service, however, food quality leaves a lot to be desired. The rooms are in need of an update, they are very tired with lots of wear and tear. The gym equipment also needs maintenance, the machines are in poor condition too unfortunately.

Had a good stay here, the bed was very comfortable so had a good sleep. There was a mix up with my booking upon arrival but the friendly staff member on the desk was very helpful and sorted it out quickly. The breakfast was delicious but was not included in the price of the room and was quite expensive.
